Please get in touch if you wish to exchange or return an item. We're happy to offer an exchange or refund on any items provided they are unused.
A request to return must be made within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned within 14 days of the request being accepted.
You're responsible for the cost of returning the item and we'd recommend using a tracking service with suitable insurance as we're unable to offer refunds and exchanges on lost items.
Please include a note confirming your order number, order date, whether you want an exchange or refund, size of replacement item if applicable and the reason for your return.
